County context. Coverage for your actual home.

The county tool uses published Florida OIR homeowners averages including wind. Averages describe the market; they do not predict the price for your property.

Ask Bright Coast to review your roof information, replacement cost, prior claims and coverage priorities before comparing proposals. The quote depends on the home and the terms offered.

Choose the hurricane deductible deliberately

Florida’s hurricane deductible offers are governed by s. 627.701, with exceptions tied to dwelling limits and other conditions. Ask which choices apply to your policy.

Review the deductible alongside the dwelling limit and the cash you could put toward a covered loss. Ask the agent to explain the proposed wording.

Quick answers

Is the county homeowners average my quote?

No. The Florida OIR average is market context as of March 31, 2026, published July 1, 2026. Your property, insured value, insurer, deductible and terms affect your quote.

Can you guarantee me cheap insurance in Florida?

No, nobody can honestly promise a cheap price. What we can do is show what actually moves cost, like your hurricane deductible choice, your community's CRS flood discount and your flood zone.
